Greece

It is difficult for a tourist destination gather ingredients that meet the individual motivations of each tourist. Greece is one of the few countries in the world that offer a little of each of the ingredients that meet different typologies of tourism according to the expected emotions:
There is history, monuments, desertic or cosmopolitan beaches, mountains, many sporting activities, fine dining and nightlife.
Trekking on the Cycladic Islands or relax on the Kolona beach. Dive in the Kokini beach , in the Santorini Island or admire the See Wildlife of Mykonos, surf in Ixia the surfer's paradise in the Rhodes Island, or just walking on the fine sands and towards the blue water of the beaches Axata or Karpathos in Dordecanesos, Ikaria, in the northeastern Aegean Sea, Navagio or Myrtos in the Ionian Island, Milia in Sporade , and Marmari in the Evia Island, this certainly results on theexpected emotions.

Lesbos Island
The island of Lesbos, situated in the Aegean Sea, close to Asiatic Turkey, was colonized by the Aeolian, one of four major groups of Greek tribes who, according to tradition, descended from Aeolian son of Hellen and grandson of Deucalion. The first king of the Aeolian island was Lesbo, son of Lapita (king of Thessaly) and grandson of Aeolian. Lesbo, by order of an oracle, went into exile on the island of Lesbos, where he married Methymna daughter Macareu, the local king. Since then, the island was named in his honor Lesbos.

In Routard
Cefalonia
It is a beautiful unknown island off the west coast of mainland Greece: the largest of the Ionian Islands, Kefalonia multiplies in spectacular landscapes, both along its 250 km of coastline and inland, in its mountainous lands that culminate at more than 1,600 m.
Kefalonia is an island where the Venetian influence is felt in the colorful houses of the villages, but also in the gastronomy. Spared by mass tourism, Kefalonia has maintained its authenticity, but above all a preserved nature where trees, plants and Mediterranean essences abound. As for the beaches, they are among the most beautiful in Greece.
Publicidade

The contemporary Greek cuisine is typically Mediterranean, and extensively uses olive oil, grains and bread, wine, fish and various meats, including poultry and rabbit.
Typical ingredients of Greek cuisine are lamb or pork, kalamata olives, feta cheese, grape leaves. Mezesof cheese and olives or Taramasalata to start your meal, continuing with Souvlaki on the plate, Rosé wine to emphasize the flavour, and finish with a Pasteli is a proper dinner after a day at the beach.
