Inscrições para a 12ª edição do concurso já se encontram abertas
A makro Portugal junta-se a mais uma edição, a 12ª, do Concurso Jovem Talento da Gastronomia (JTG), que tem como objetivo destacar o talento de jovens estudantes que se dedicam às áreas de cozinha, pastelaria, sala e bar e que querem ter formação para seguir uma carreira profissional no sector da Hotelaria e Restauração.
Promovido pelas Edições do Gosto, esta edição já arrancou com a fase de inscrições que se encontrará em vigor até ao próximo dia 31 de julho. Apurados os participantes, decorrerão depois vários roadshows pelo país, três semifinais e a grande final nacional, na qual serão revelados os vencedores do concurso. Mais info
The 4th edition of the Chefs World Summit (CWS) will take place at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco from 24 to 26 November, 2019.

Last November, actors in the international world of gastronomy met at Grimaldi Forum Monaco, under the high patronage and in the presence of H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, and Régis Marcon as Sponsor of the edition. More than 2,200 participants from 58 countries gathered at the new hub of gastronomy to reflect on and discuss the concerns of cuisine now and in the future.
